In collaboration with MVA and the Marion County Health Department, Marion County Schools is offering vaccinations for the 2024-25 school year and sports physicals for student-athletes for 2024-25 at our high schools.
When: Tuesday, May 21 - 8:30a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Where: North Marion High School
All students within Marion County Schools are required to receive Sports Physicals if they plan to participate in any sports teams or activities. Students entering 7th and 12th grades are required to have their vaccinations updated before they can return for the school year.
Please note, there are 2 DIFFERENT CLINICS happening at the same times.
1. SPORTS PHYSICAL CLINIC - MVA Health will be providing free sports physicals. The MVA CONSENT AND the SPORTS PHYSICAL FORM will both need signed and returned to the nurse to be scheduled.
2. IMMUNIZATION CLINIC - The MCHD will be providing required immunizations. The MCHD CONSENT will need to be signed and returned to the nurse to be scheduled.
